4. 18+ content (sexual, nudity, misinformation, harassment, fraud or scam). (Photos, Reels, Videos) that created or uploaded in Merets app, management will take action and delete it quickly. Doing this repeatedly will also get the account removed.
5. Complaint rises on about fake or any other contents (photo, reel, video) will get the post removed and coins will be cancelled on the posted content. When management takes action on user posts on (Merets App), there is no right to ask question.
6. This merit app is only made for memes and trolls. So only people who upload or create memes and trolls have uploading rights are there. Do not try to post your personal and general (photos, reels, videos). If you try to upload your personal and general (photos, reels, videos). Then management will take action on your post and cancel that post and postcoins.
7. No right to ask why deleted items (photos, reels, videos) were deleted. Whether it's personal or generic (photos, reels, videos) our Merit app doesn't pick it up. Because it was only created for people who do (memes and trolls).
8. Merets App is created for entertainment purposes only. It is created for entertainment purposes only, not to offend people or celebrities. Take it positive and keep smiling.
9. Don't try to copy other memes and trolls. If you try to upload in your account, management will take action on your post and postcoins will be removed.
10. (Photos, Reels, Videos) Any of these complaints raised by that post as per Merets Company Conditions (4,5,6,7,9). Management will take action to removing that post and that post also cause coins to be removed. Complaint post and already got coins on that post it also be removed.
Third Party Goods and Services
Our mobile app may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made. Available by third parties on our Site.
User Goods and Services
Our Site allows users to sell goods and services. We do not assume any responsibility for the goods and services users sell on our Site. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of any goods and services sold by users on our Site. However, if we are made aware that a User is violating these Terms and Conditions, reserve the right to suspend or prohibit the user from selling goods and services on our Site.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Andhra Pradesh,India Dispute Resolution Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and Merets mobile app are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you and Merets mobile app agree to submit the issue first before a non-binding mediator and to an arbitrator in the event that mediation fails. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Vinay.Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Merets Mobile app agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.
Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
